How do I place an order online?
When you have decided which product option you would like to purchase, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button next to that option to add it to your shopping cart. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to order you will be automatically taken to the check out page. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your: first and last name, your e-mail address, billing and shipping address, phone number, credit card type, number and expiration date. Once you have filled out the appropriate information click the “Secure Checkout" button to place your order.
Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes, you can adjust your order at any time before you click the “Secure Checkout" button. Once you hit “Secure Checkout", it is not possible to change your order.

What if I don't have a credit card?
If you are ordering Lipocerin and not taking advantage of the Free Trial Offer it is possible to order by check or money order, but this process does take more time than using a credit card. To place an order using a check or money order, print out the order page (with complete ordering and shipping address information filled in) and mail it in with your check payable to Health Center for Better Living.

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited or canceled. However, if you wish to order more products, it is easy to place another order.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 5 to 7 days after your order has been processed. Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day from order date. When paying by check, your order may be held for up to 10 business days, so that funds can clear through your financial institution.
Please note: If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact our customer support for an update on your order. If you fail to contact our customer support within 25 days of the order date regarding an order not received, your order will be eligible for a reship only, NO REFUND will be given. These conditions apply to all shipments.
Who will deliver my package?
Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available, which in most cases will be the United States Postal Service (USPS). You may request your package be shipped by FedEx 2 Day Service or Next Day-Standard Overnight delivery for an additional fee. These methods are available to addresses within the US only.

What if my order was never received, even if it was reported as delivered?
If for any reason you never received your order even though it shows Delivery Confirmed by the USPS tracking number, please contact your local post office first with this tracking information. The post office will assist you in locating this order. If you have contacted your local post office and still failed to locate your order, please contact customer.support@Lipocerin.com immediately as we will be more than happy to assist you with the problem.
Where is my refund?
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Allow 7 - 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Please keep in mind the customer's bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can vary slightly depending on how quickly the customer's bank posts our refund.
How do I cancel my order?

If you are unsatisfied with Lipocerin after purchasing, you may return the unused portion to our Receiving Department. You should take Lipocerin every day for maximum benefit. It's best to take 2 capsules with 8 oz. of water just prior to breakfast and 1 capsule with 8 oz. of water just prior to your evening meal.
